November 2, Al Fresco Reserve Tasting in Ruskin Place
Ruskin Place, Seaside

In the picturesque town of Seaside amid the art galleries of Ruskin Place, guests will taste a range of highly allocated and reserve wines, dine on sushi and hors d’oeuvres prepared by noted local restaurateur and chef Jim Shirley, and enjoy live chamber music.

November 4, UNwineD at Pier Park

Attendees can stroll through Pier Park, Panama City Beach’s charming outdoor entertainment district, and savor the flavors of 60 fine craft beers, 120 award-winning wines and cuisine prepared by the area’s celebrated chefs. Individual tickets are $40 per person.

Wyndham Bay Point Resort is the setting for an unforgettable evening with Alton Brown, host of Food Network’s “Good Eats” and “Iron Chef America.”  Guests can sample delicacies prepared by Executive Chef Julio Lucero from multiple food stations that have been paired with a special collection of beer and wine.  At 7:30 p.m., Alton Brown takes the stage for a 90-minute cooking demonstration and show, flavored with his signature humor and enthusiasm. Wines and beers with that complement each dessert are served beginning at 9:00 p.m.  During this time, guests can purchase an Alton Brown book for signing.  Individual tickets are $50 per person.

Wine. Dine. Donate., a three-day culinary and cultural celebration
benefiting childrens’ charities, returns to Northwest Florida’s Gulf Coast November 4-6,
2011. Set along the scenic backdrop of 27 miles of white sand coastline and charming
seaside towns, the annual festival is comprised of six events ranging from wine and food
tastings to a winemaker dinner and charity auction.

Wine Auction Foundation (DCWAF), Taste of The Beach combines new and established
food, wine and artistic events featuring prized vintners and renowned chefs. The majority
of proceeds from ticket sales and the charity auction benefit local charities that work to
improve the physical, emotional and educational lives of underprivileged and at-risk
children in Northwest Florida.

This year’s exciting schedule of events includes:  UNwineD at Pier Park, UNwinD at Wyndham Bay Point, Al Fresco Reserve Tasting at Ruskin Place, Seeing Red Wine
Festival, a wine maker dinner at Seagar’s, Taste of the Beach After Dark, and the Taste of The Beach & Charity Auction.
